1. Policy Overview

All fees paid to SirenWealth for advisory services are non-refundable. This policy applies to consultation fees, diagnostic engagement fees, retainer fees, and any other fees associated with SirenWealth services. By scheduling a consultation or entering into an Engagement Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Why All Sales Are Final

Strategic advisory is not a product that can be returned. The moment a consultation begins, proprietary expertise, analysis, and time have been applied to your specific situation. Our assessments involve the immediate deployment of institutional knowledge, pattern recognition, and strategic frameworks developed over more than a decade of high-stakes advisory work. This value is delivered in real time and cannot be undone, returned, or reversed.

Additionally, the confidential nature of our work means that engagement preparation begins before the first conversation. Research, analysis, and strategic context-building occur prior to and between sessions. These investments of time and expertise are made on your behalf from the moment your engagement is confirmed.

3. Consultation Fees

The initial strategic consultation fee is due at the time of scheduling and is non-refundable. This fee secures dedicated time, preparation, and the full application of SirenWealth’s advisory capabilities during the session. If the consultation reveals that a full engagement is not appropriate for your situation, we will tell you directly. The consultation fee is not credited toward future engagements unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

4. Engagement Fees

Fees for full diagnostic engagements, organizational audits, and other project-based services are outlined in your Engagement Agreement and are due in accordance with the payment schedule specified therein. All engagement fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Commencement is defined as the earlier of the first scheduled session or the beginning of preparatory research and analysis.

5. Retainer Fees

Monthly retainer fees are due in advance at the beginning of each billing period and are non-refundable for the period in which they are paid. Retainer arrangements may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice, but no refund will be issued for the current or any previously paid billing period.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Consultations cancelled with fewer than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded. Rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be accommodated on a best-efforts basis at no additional charge. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in termination of the engagement at SirenWealth’s discretion.

For full engagements, cancellation by the client after commencement does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid. Any remaining deliverables will be completed at SirenWealth’s discretion or may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of cancellation.

7. Termination by SirenWealth

SirenWealth reserves the right to terminate any engagement at any time if we determine that the engagement is no longer productive, that the client is not engaging in good faith, or that client conduct is inconsistent with a professional advisory relationship. In the event of termination initiated by SirenWealth, we will deliver any completed work product to date. No refund will be issued for services already rendered.

8. Dissatisfaction

We understand that strategic advisory can be uncomfortable by design. Discomfort with the content of our assessment is not grounds for a refund. Our commitment is to honesty and accuracy, not to delivering conclusions that feel good. If you believe there has been a genuine error in our process or a failure to deliver agreed-upon services, please contact us directly at Weaponize@SirenWealth.com and we will review the matter in good faith.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for services that have been rendered constitutes a breach of your Engagement Agreement. SirenWealth will contest all chargebacks and may pursue recovery of fees, including reasonable legal costs, through appropriate channels. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

10. Acknowledgment

By scheduling a consultation or entering into an Engagement Agreement with SirenWealth, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy, that you agree all fees are non-refundable, and that you accept the terms described herein. This policy is referenced in and incorporated by our Terms of Service.
